ROUGH TRADE, LOCAL ACTION VICTORIOUS
AT AIM INDEPENDENT MUSIC AWARDS 2022

After bringing down the curtain on riotous performances on Wednesday evening from The Libertines (Rough Trade), Lethal Bizzle (Skint Gang Records) and Pixey (Chess Club Records), the AIM Independent Music Awards celebrated another glorious year for the independent sector and for the talented artists, labels and outstanding individuals at the forefront of its success. 

From all the AIM team - a huge congratulations to Rough Trade (Best Independent Label) and Local Action (Best Boutique Label) for this well-deserved recognition from your peers.

Winning artist and label partnerships include Wet Leg (Domino Recording Co), Nova Twins (Marshall Records), Mitski (Dead Oceans), Jeshi (Because Music), Blxst (Red Bull Records), TAAHLIAH (untitled (recs)), Cleo Sol (Forever Living Originals), Nilüfer Yanya (ATO Records [PIAS]) and Champion (XL Recordings). Nia Archives, Corey JohnsonStormzy, Rina SawayamaLethal Bizzle and The Libertines also triumphed.
