Introducing... AMPLIFY, the exciting new apprenticeship scheme launched by AIM, Women in CTRL and Amazon Music.
At AIM's AGM on 15th November AIM Chair Nadia Khan announced Amplify, our brand new apprenticeship scheme in partnership withAmazon Music and Women in CTRL, aimed at accelerating positive change and improving diversity and inclusion in the independent music sector. The scheme will benefit from a contribution from Amazon's £2.5m apprenticeship fund to enable six independent labels to hire a Label Assistant apprentice for 15 months from Spring 2023. Applications are now open for AIM Rightsholder businesses until Wednesday 14th December.
AIM Rightsholder member businesses that actively release music, has at least three full-time members of staff based in the UK and the capacity to host and support an apprentice full time can apply.
